Description I spent about an hour or two designing and creating this, you can download the PSD for it and that'll let you play around and make whatever you want with this and stuff (though I'd rather you keep what you make to yourself if that's alright).

Cool things to try in the PSD:
- changing the opacity of the triangle layer will make the inner part lighter/darker
- you can duplicate the glow around the triangle and use the smudge tool to make cool effects like the one touched the red lightning line
- you can duplicate and liquify the electricty lines and stuff
- idk change the cloud layer? anyway that's it I got nothing I'm sure you can find things to do

Thanks! I used Liquify to make the electric-like effects and RGB Lights + Clouds w/ Gradient Overlay to make the nebula thingy ^ ^ I uploaded it as a PSD so you can download it and pull it apart if you wish c:
