Jacky is usually happy, jolly (hence the name) and bubbly! She loves to help others with their emotions or if they’re feeling down. Jacky is 4ft and is bisexual! She is basically the counselor/therapist of The Neighborhood and has her own mini therapist office in which the other neighbors can go to if they are having a bad day, needing guidance or need help emotionally! Usually her job is pretty easy as she can cheer anyone up in no time with her smiley stickers she loves to hand out to everybody!!
