No~I didn't see it before~I co-created this one with Mr. Buddy.
The concept of this line was made from 2018/07/01~2018/07/18~but the final art was finished in 2018/08/09~I have all the record but I can't prove anything else.
The thing you should know is Mr. Buddy's video always has a long preparation~I submitted my work after his uploading so I think it's just a coincidence of overlapping...
In conclusion~I didn't know pencil-king1503 at all and I never saw his art before.

I saw your work yesterday on YouTube. That video makes my development team and I have to think of a way to make my Basking Shark (Which I had planned for months for my British Pokémon Region) different from his Basking Shark.

The thing is, I'm doing a fangame. Originally I had made the concept of Avalonia (That's the name of the region I made) for fun, but then in November they asked me if they could make a fangame under my supervision and that's it: Pokémon Crimson and Indigo begins to come true.
I had planned the Basking Shark first (On December), but he showed his own before it was even designed mine. The Pokémon illustrators of the Crimson and Indigo Team and I have to think of a way to differentiate mine from his.
