Description The color in this one is stronger, and different obviously. It's the same fractal as Innocence: [link]

First off, it's a nice piece, considering it's a 'fractal flower' (a genre of fractal I've long considered over-used and unoriginal). Where many in the genre look overly similar, the squared tips stand out from the proverbial crowd.

I would have preferred a less 'zoomed' framing, as I think it would be nice to see the tips of all the petals. That said, it's compositionally impressive, and it looks as though you've thought about the placement of the fractal on the canvas itself. The larger petal works well in relation to the whole, and in my opinion it's a great piece. Overall: good work.

As an aside, how long did it take you to make? (from empty transforms to end of render)

The render took entirely too long, because I wanted it to be nice, but large so I could scale it for my desktop and the like. Afterwards I had to change the color in Paint.NET for this one. I'm thinking it was about an hour or too, more luck than anything.
