"What is an NPC?"

An NPC is a non-playable character. The character will be featured in missions and challenges, but will not complete said missions and challenges by themselves. The character is a way to continue and support the mission storyline. Although they are NPCs, they still belong to whoever created said NPCs. For example, Harley and Rikki belong to Gemini-Genocide , but can be used by anyone as long as they do not claim ownership.
