In this photograph, I have aimed to highlight the shadows of the street under a night sky painted with the warm, dusky hues of a fading sunset. I spent a long time fiddling with my setup trying to get this photo exactly right, and after a while, I was happy with it. I love the way the soft almost ethereal glow of the sunset makes the street below look almost dystopian in a way. I also love the lone streetlight that can be seen in the image, how it draws your eyes to it, yet demands a mere moment of your time.
