One major flaw I see in this is that Russia's hands are opposite of what they should be. Try doing that action with your own hands and see where your thumbs are. Sometimes using yourself as a model will help your drawings amazingly.

No problem ^^ we all do it as we progress with our drawing. Although yea, modeling for yourself doesn't always work but it does sometimes.
sfbhfbf drawing in class is always fun XDDD I used to ask people to sit a certain way and they would always look at me weird because I'm using them as reference

Well, if you model yourself completely then you're just doing a self portrait almost, but referencing to your body really helps a lot. Just memorizing the parts of the body in proportion to the other parts of the body is quite helpful as well.
I do that to my little sister. And then my mother will walk in and I'm just like "SHUT UP!! I'M TRYING TO DRAW!!" XD
