Scientifically, gravity is the attractive force between any two bodies containing mass. We all feel mutual gravitational attraction toward all the bodies of mass around us. Some more than others...CHEESE! So cheesy. But we like cheese, right? Anywho, maybe an hour to sketch and color, but then another half hour fiddling with filters and interesting brushes. Why are they dressed in formal wear? I don't know. Because I felt like putting Katara in a pretty dress, I think... For the background, I was trying to replicate the way "Gravity" spells are often portrayed in RPGs. Don't know if it worked very well. Anywho. Trusty Wacom tablet and Photoshop CS.

I was talking to someone just the other day who had a physics teacher who made them literally calculate the gravitational attraction between them and their significant others.
Also I would definitely wear Katara's dress.
