To my knowledge she was never in the cartoon, only the comic.
Funny thing, she appeared the same year as Sally Acorn from the Sonic the Hedgehog comics, another character exclusive to the Archie comics canon. I don't know what it was about fox girl martial artists back then.
Anyway, nice take on her design. As much as I like this character, her initial design seems a bit dated in hindsight.

Nice. As far as I know, Ninjara never appeared in the TMNT cartoon due to not being owned by Mirage Studios, because when the TMNT Adventures comic ended, her creators made a comic based around her.

Yeah, Ninjara was only in TMNT Adventures, the Archie comic book series. That said, Viacom owns the rights to her now, so she might show up again....

Haha yeah that was a great show. I loved and hated its ending. I loved that it GOT an ending (most cartoons don't) BUt I hated its ending was just a time loop. T_T

Yeah its Amazing to me how Jack is a 90's cartoon and yet it feels like it was yesterday.
80's had good cartoons too, the early ones snuck in innuendo before things got bland, but then
bam! 90s!
