Personality: after an accident with another StingerWing (a StingerWing was walking by Snakeroot when he was young and his spiked tail accidentally cut Snakeroot, causing the scar on his neck) Snakeroot has been a much more cautious dragon. To hide his fear, he acts like he doesn't care about anything and acts dark. He is very friendly despite he tries to act cold.
Winglet: Topaz. He is the only StingerWing in the first year of Jade Mountain Academy because his parents wanted Snakeroot to see if the academy is good for other StingerWings.
