Die Idee finde ich sehr gewagt und mit vielen Möglichkeiten, diese prekäre Situation zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Hier finde ich, hat es einen Hauch mehr von Photojournalismus denn Artphotography. Obwohl es mir gefallen würde, wenn sich das Modell noch mehr in die Situation reinversetzt hätte. Also: Die Arme um beide Beine geschlungen ( man schützt doch die vergewaltigte Mitte nach so einer Tat) und den Kopf entweder ganz aufs Knie - oder an den Baumstamm gelehnt. Gefällt mir trotz kleiner Kritik im Ansatz sehr

this is certainly full of emotion. very convincing as well. the symbol of the forrest, as a place of isolation, alienation and loneliness maybe even helplessness is more than fitting. if not even a little uncomfortable. remarkable reflection here. on such a horrible thing.
your description about convincing a model to feel something is an excellent bit of advice for photographers, and also an interesting observation.

Caltha, how does depicting rape in a photographshow bad taste.
Should it be ignored because its unpleasant?
Would you prefer a photo of a real rape?

It's a quite pretty photo, but not convincing. And I think it's bad taste to even try to express rape on a photo at all, because it always fails and to me it feels disrespectful to the real victims.

Maybe it seems a little bit too highlighted.
I noticed that the pictures have got higher contrast here than in print or on other severs.

I kinda like it.
I like the thought of it, the emmotional photo part. Making your model express wild emmotions then capturing them on film.
While the shot is well done, I don't think it does it.
It seems a little to clean. Your model a little to pretty. I dunno maybe its all the clean shiny white over exposed skin on her shoulders.
Still great composition. I love the photo.
