Description

BTT tier 1 for Synti, finally :'3 So many people have asked her slots, and I thought that this could be good time to start finally making her breedable. Also I'm casually making this as BTT 1 for Rubiini too~

''1050 silver coins? That's way too high for skinny kukuri like that, and you know it.''

It was rather damp day. Rain was drizzling against people gathered into the marketplace, and it was not scaring them off, even if ground was soaked wet. Heavy clouds prevented sun from drying the mud and the overall mood of the day was depressing. However, it wasn't problem for Kyynsointu. She was a mermaid after all, used to live in humid places. It wasn't bothering either the seller, a bay centaur mare who was dealing with the pirate.
''That muzzle alone is making half of the price'', Kyynsointu said and pointed at the raven dove. It had unpleasant look in her golden eyes when she glared at both pirate and centaur. She was heavily muzzled and her overall appearance was skinny and small. It was hard to believe she was fully-grown adult.
''Well, we can take it off and see how you handle her without it'', the centaur proposed, leaning against the fence. She had a white kukuri rook on her side, covered in small brown patches. It looked really unfriendly; he didn't like either pirate or dove at all. The seller was called Hallantuoja; she was pretty famous kukuri breeder around the area, and usually made sure that kukuris were genetically fitting to each other. She also took care from unwanted kukuri pups, for example when local farmer Karhunkarva got way too many pups into her farm when her both doves had their heat, she happily took them off from the miniature centaur's hands, and sold them in marketplace. She was disappointed she didn't get the jade rook tho, even if it was deaf. It would've been nice addition to her own loaf.

This raven dove had good genes overall; rare fin horns and dominant underbelly, but she was exceedingly hard to handle. Not only she almost bit off the ear of Hallantuoja, it also chased her prized rook Aarnivalkea all around their pasture. She wanted more docile dove; and she needed money for one. Kyynsointu was able to sense this tho, but she didn't have intentions to play as fairy godmother; she just wanted a good kukuri as companion for her other two.
''I'll pay half of what you ask, and nothing more'', she answered, holding her hands in crossed on her chest. Hallantuoja had a lot of experience from pirates but overall they were difficult to deal with.
''I can't let her go that cheap, you know that. She is fine kukuri, even if she is little skinny'', the centaur explained, ''But look at her; she has obviously good genes. Her okapi is most plain I've seen for a while and she even has dominant underbelly. That means more pups with underbelly for you.''
''I don't care about her in breeding matter. I just want her, alright?'' Kyynsointu said, sounding slightly aggravated. Hallantuoja leaned again against the fence and held her smug smile on her face, no matter that pirate did.
''Sorry, hun, but 1050 silver coins it is'', she said. Kyynsointu whipped her tail on the air, splashing mud all around.

Suddenly something made Hallantuoja notice the tent way back of the marketplace. It was area where pirates held their loot, since they had habit to bring some of the stuff into here. Usually is was just cheap trinkets, but today there was something more interesting. A small kukuri popped its head up among the stuff, looking around curiously, before one pirate slapped it with leather strap. It yelped and lowered its head back, but Hallantuoja was interested.
''How about a trade then?'' she suggested and got Kyynsointu's attention, ''You trade me that kukuri on your wares and pay half of the price, and this dove is yours.''
It didn't took too much time from Kyynsointu to accept it, although Hallantuoja was skilled enough to talk the price a little higher even after their deal. At the end of the day, the centaur received a shivering, timid and dirty dove and 560 silver coin, in exchange for raven dove.
''Keep the muzzle'', the mare said, while watching how Kyynsointu lead the kukuri away. Aarnivalkea snorted, happy to see that his pain in the arse was taken away. Hallantuoja turned her head towards the crimson dove she got. It was dirty, but under the mud she was able to see green markings on her limbs and head. Usually only jades, ravens or pearl kukuris had green markings, so this was really interesting.
''No need to be afraid anymore, girl'', the mare said, touching gently the dove's chin. It slowly turned its golden eyes to handler who smiled gently.
''You'll get into my stall, where you receive food and warmth and you'll never be hit again'', Hallantuoja whispered. Then she turned her head towards  Aarnivalkea.
''Aarni, make sure to introduce your best to our new friend. I wanna see how you two get along'', she said and the hazel rook frowned. But atleast this dove looked a lot more docile than the raven fin-horned girl who would be known as Synti from now on.
