Free CSS for anyone that wants to use it.This CSS has a fixed height with an invisible scrollbar...so you have to put your mouse over the box and scroll to view the invisible content.
CSS works in both Firefox and IE7.

Download the file and you'll see 2 text files inside. For the CSS one, just copy/paste it into your CSS section...and for the Journal Example, copy/paste it into the Journal Entry section of your journal. Then, just delete the dummy text that I put in as filler and put in what you want.

I can c that there r places for stuff but how we could make thos sections/parts fixed!
I don't know how to say it...hummm i mean what i know that I place the css note pad info in the box of css
plus whatever unchangable info/stuff fixedi in the footer or header!so I wouldnt have to change them
in every new entry! and all I do is to place the thumbnails with some border codes and that
is it!

You've got everything right. The only thing you need to do is remove the text that says "PLACE CONTENT HERE" and "PLACE WHATEVER YOU WANT IN HERE" and put in your news, features, etc. You'll also want to change everything inside the headers:

I've been thinking about this CSS since I first saw it, and have now decided that I'd love to use it. Thanks for making it work with both browsers! I tend to switch between the two.
