i don't remember her being in new mutants but yeah this was her original x-men costume

Betsy Braddock's first appearance (in the US) was in the New Mutants Annual #2 in 1986 — it was a double-sized special.
I loved that character so much when I was a kid that I searched some 20 different comic shops for it waaaaaaaaaaay back in the day. (Talk about some major geek trivia).
Anyways, you did a fantastic job on that piece. Very well done.

She was in part of one of the early story arcs for the New Mutants series... even supposedly had a thing going with Doug Ramsey.
