Description A way long character to be introduced Anway here is Dex the Weavile he isn't a hybrid if you think that he was born like this, this is a minor character who was supposed to be a rouge like Denal was but I thought I might as well make him good then his own kind is.
This character was thought of back in 2009 and the design of him was thought around 2012, this is way overdue And yes he will be in the team at some point.

Anyway this lineart is used with permission from ~Juliet-Shmooliet Thank you for letting me use this I completely forgot about the lineart being in my PC for so long Sorry
