Description Finally finished! OTL It's been a while since I finished a large/detailed pic like this.

For the winner of a Technika-related contest... he requested Reco from Mushihime-sama Futari. I didn't know much about this game before this, but now I am intrigued! It is a bullet hell shooter type, and seems to have quite a reputation for its difficulty. Plus, it involves girls with pretty hair and giant beetles, so what's not to like?

Sorry if it doesn't make any sense for her to be chucking that shiny bullet thingy... I think it's supposed to come from her beetle instead. Also, I have no idea what that ball thingy is for, so I guess my mind reverted into a Pokeball-like mentality XD

Her hair is awesome because of its massiveness and gradienty-ness, but it was kind of a pain to color! I feel like I should have had more patience with it, but I was a bit lazy.

I got really into it when I started doing the little details, like her skirt. I was dreading working on that part, but then it ended up being strangely relaxing. I'm happy with how it came out. ^^

Here's hoping the shiny colors will distract everyone from the poor anatomy/posing. >_>

I'll likely use this as a print for my art table, if the contest winner (Reverse) doesn't mind.

That's enough of my rambling. Hope you like it, Reverse!

Oh! You recognize her!

Thank you very much It seems not many people know of this game, at least in America. I see you are in Japan. Is this series more popular there?

It makes me happy that a fan has enjoyed my drawing. ^^

*0*!!!! It's nice to see a full pic from you again! xD I love the details you put on the outfit. And the flowiness, gradient-iness of her hair looks super cool to me. :>

Also, semi-related, about AM2 table. From past experience, presentation does a lot to gain sales, and I recently heard from Fawkes that you were going to advertise the Touhou project thingy, too? (I hope this isn't secret information that I shouldn't be spitting out. x_x ) So I figure we should get a general idea of the table set-up so we don't end up being too crowded.

And... I'm not sure, but I might not be able to make it on Friday for Artist Alley hours because I have a class. ; - ; But I'm making arrangements for Keyk to be there if I can't skip/take an earlier class. She's pretty good at sales-talking, I think, but not so good at setting up the table. xD All the more reason to have a Table Set-up Plan! What do you use for IM nowadays? =u=

Okay! I use the same IM name I've always used XD on AIM. I leave it up pretty much 24/7, so feel free to IM me whenever and I'll get back to you if I'm not around at the time. :3 I can also set it up on my phone, but it hasn't been working lately for some reason... I'll try to get that worked out so we can communicate even when I'm at work (which is most of the time OTL).

I've never set up a table before, so I dunno if I'll be any good at it. XD I can do my best!! I remember you guys had some sort of scaffolding setup doohicky, which hangs prints, right? Would you be bringing the materials to set that up? I can help and bring whatever other ideas we have. :3 Oh, and do you have a pretty tablecloth?

And yeah, don't worry about secrecy, I'm gonna try to promote the Touhou game along with my stuff XD Fawkes and I are making a flyer which we can give out. If there's time, I might make a nice drawing to draw attention for it, too.

Okay! :> I'm at work for most of the daytime, so I can't really IM then.

Oh, haha. Our current doohicky is kind of... cheap. XD It's just a lot of packing tape. A lot of packing tape and some wooden sticks. We hung something like a clothesline across and taped prints onto the string. But I think it'll be simpler and less iffy/feeble if I make a PVC pipe setup. I'm thinking of going to a hardware store to buy the materials. Oh, how big are the tables again?

We also have a few pretty tablecloths. :> I'll look at them again. Hopefully they're big enough to at least cover the top of the table. If the table doesn't have a skirt, we probably should get a plain big cloth just to hide the stuff under of the table. (We tend to make a mess/store stuff there. ^^i )

XD As for the rest, I guess I'll catch you on IM. X3

Ooh, PVC pipes. *___* Good stuff!

The site says the tables are 2x6 feet. (It actually uses " notation which I think is inches but I'm sure they mean feet XDDD )

Hmm, how are we dividing the table costs and stuff? Will I be splitting it in half with you guys, or will it be in thirds?

I guess I'll save more discussion for later XD
