Heyo!! This is an oc that I’ve adopted from @/starmy-draws!
I redesigned him a little though.
And yes, he is a boy.
He likes to dress like a girl,, owo
Please suggest names for him!

Can't say much. Art is a subjective world. You might see other people praising art as yours and liking it a lot. The design is cute, the style is common, I've seen it multiple times on instagram and here. I won't say that it's bad, because it's not. But it doesn't make any impact on me. It's nice to see.
I recommend reading books for art.
Things I like about it:
The colors, they look good together.
The character's face, it allows people to see her personality.
The shading, it fits well.
Everything it's cute. If your point it's improve, you can learn from expert people, like proko and Modern day James. And books. Figure drawing, other artists, a good example is Andrew Loomis.

the shading is basic but it is smooth and pleasing to the eye X3
I like the design but I still don’t know anything besides he dresses like a girl, but that should be the reference sheet’s or comic series job sooooooo
This is super not professional but I basically, besides the ‘dressing like a girl’ which I’m still kind of confused about, really like the character and don’t have anything wrong with it.

Thanks Amikyuu!! About “dressing like a girl” thing, I think in his backstory, he has sisters that were angry because they wanted a sister and not a brother?? And they hurt him? So when he is older in the future, he gets really insecure so he dresses like a girl,,
