I was bored this morning and wanting to make a new fatty pokemon OC, like what Luigia is. So I hit up Obliveratrix and she suggested a Lapras! Together we came up with Antheia!

Abilities/Moves: Surf, Waterfall, Dive, Sing, Perish Song, Icy Wind/Blizzard, Hydro Pump, Body Press, Drill Run, Attract, Rain Dance

Reasoning for moves:
Surf/Waterfall/Dive: Required for transport and makes sense for aquatic to do so
Sing/Perish Song: Laprases are known for their singing, as such should come standard.
Icy Wind/Blizzard: My partner gave the idea of those being the result of her farting.
Hydro Pump: Note, that isn’t coming from her mouth.
Body Press: Big gurl using beeg weight to crush opponents? Makes sense.
Drill Run: Suggestion by partner. I guess Laprases have a tiny horn.
Attract: She’s full enough of herself, and beautiful enough, to make men fall in love with her, why not secure it with a move?
Rain Dance: Of course she has to have a way to keep herself nice and big right?

Ability: Water Absorb (how she doesn’t absorb the water she swims in is a mystery. Or maybe she can choose what water to absorb?)

Held Item: Mystic Water (She found it while diving)

Unlike most Laprases who are gentle and motherly, _ is instead prideful and smug… but not evil. Think of how serperiors usually act.
As a result while she does offer her own ferry services, it comes with a cost. This is never set in stone and very well could be anything. …But in most… if not all cases it ends with her passenger being lunch.
Don’t worry, she reforms them, but you get why she’s so chunky now right? …Heck I’ve heard people and pokemon go to her just to be eaten sometimes.
Besides how else is she supposed to keep you warm through the cold temperatures she can and will ferry you through?

Oh, yes, she’s very very big. Big enough that her stomach is like a bus for her passengers! So… like around ten times larger than a normal Lapras! Here’s a photo of what I mean, comparing her to other things.
She has two stomachs. One for storage and the other one does what stomachs normally do. The storage stomach is supposed to be the one where passengers go into for their ride, but since _ digests her passengers as a form of payment for the ride, they’re kinda interchangeable in that regard.
I wouldn’t be surprised if there were still some humans or pokemon inside her stomach that haven’t come out of their own volition.
I don’t even wanna THINK about how big she’d be if she g-maxed-

With the ability water absorb, she can, obviously, absorb water. Absorbing an excess amount of water causes her to get bigger, as in both get fatter and taller. She could use Hydro Pump to get rid of any excess water she doesn’t want.
Aside that transformation method, she could also transform herself into an anthro! What’d that form look like? Here, a photo for you.
She doesn't have a trainer, and doesn't plan on getting one. Will she have one eventually? Probably. Are they gonna have to beat her to do it? Yes of course.
