I can't help but think of Princess Mononoke from Miyazaki's film. It looks beautiful, though. The antlers on the elk or deer (Whichever one you prefer) are gracefully drawn and I love how there are birds that are fluttering around the deer. Oh, and the way you had the water drawn with a glow in it like real water in dim light.
I really love it and wonderful job. Your drawings are always so mystifying!

The atmosphere, plant life, river, spirit shards, antlers, magic, stumps, background, green log, textures, composition, concept, uniqueness, colors, lighting, style, and other details are also wonderful! This is simply stunning. May I ask approximately it took you to make this piece?

It was originally a rough speed-paint that took an hour or so to draw from scratch but I liked where it was going, so I decided to polish it up which took a few more hours with the extra brushstrokes and texture.
So... quite a number of hours (not sure exactly). But it didn't take all day.
