Beautiful! First I saw this on Pinterest, I tought that, it is Sam and Celaena from Throne of Glass. Then I began to watch Doctor WhoΒ a few months agoΒ and now I know it is the Doctor and Rose... it's so sad and heartbreaking. (sorry about my bad English I'm Hungarian)
