High Voltage finally learned she needs to grow up.

High Voltage -or Volts as she prefers to go by- never wanted to grow up and has always been childlike in nature. But she always tried to prove to others she can fit in. She was mocked for her stunted wing and strange quirks. To try to be accepted she ended up around the wrong type of crowd. She more than once got suspended or got detention for the things her "friends" forced her to do. They basically ruled her life. They forced her to be what they wanted her to be.
Volts became foul tempered and never listened to the advice given to her by her twin brother Whirlwind Tempest do to what her "friends" told her. Tempest was mocked worse than Volts but never went to the dark side like she did and he kept studying and is already in collage to become a doctor at age 15. However Volts had voices whispering to her that she shouldn't listen to him and that being like him will get her no where. Not knowing better she believed them.
Volts only ever had one person who truly cared for her who wasn't related to her. That was her boyfriend Lucifer who loves her very much. Lucifer always stood up for her and even tried to bring her back to her kind hearted bubbly self. But of course she didn't listen but she did start to doubt her "friends" for the first time. Noticing this they decided to pull one last prank on her. Which was they convinced her the only way to become popular like them was to sleep with someone. Of course not knowing better she listened yet again.
A few months later she learned she was pregnant with Lucifer's foal and she got tormented more then ever at school. She finally learned that she had been misguided by her supposed "friends" and cut them off and focused on school with moral support from Lucifer and Tempest. She was finally able to get her cutie mark in electrical work since no one was forcing dreams of being a stunt flier down her throat anymore. It took the biggest mistake of her life to turn her life around and she actually doesnt regret it.

Volts final ties to her old life was how she looked. She stopped spiking her mane up and let it grow out. She stopped wearing gaudy make up and clothes and now wears whats comfortable. She also proudly wears her engagement ring instead of hiding the truth.
She finally became an adult.
