Title: Coming to Life 
Date Finished: August 12th, 2007 Medium: Colored Pencils Time Taken: 4 DaysI really wanted to do a boy and girl anime piece so I decided to do something like this. The idea kind of just hit me when I was thinking of something to draw. I looked by my table and saw a deck of cards and I thought about working with that idea.
The theme of this piece is kind of a magical theme. As the cards fall, some of them come to life (mostly the reds, sorry about that). I thought that this was a good idea to purse so I did and it turned out okay, I'm not really happy with the outcome but I thought I should post it. My scanner doesn't really catch the pictures good so I had to edit it a lot in photoshop.
I thought that this would be an interesting idea so I decided to draw it. I'm sorry it didn't come out so good. I kind of went away from the digital art for a little while but I'll definately go back to it later. In the mean time, I hope you enjoy this piece!!
