I really appreciate you taking the time to give the critique. Thank you.

The helmet is intended to be that way. His face will never be seen in the show & he only appears for the first two episodes. I won't give out the details on the inside of his armor as it will be clear when i plan to make the comic. He does have one eye & its the main link between his body & armor.

Yes Animating him would be a pain for sure. But This a concept sketch so an Animation draft would be much simpler. I agree on the chains.

I also agree on the background. I know all model sheets have to be on either gray or white sheets.I colored this character over a grey background initially. The reason I changed the background is so that he cannot be easily manipulated should anyone try to use it.

Thanks again for showing continued interest in my Beast Legion initiative.

Ok, I intended to post a critique, but it requires you to have a premium account and hey, I'm poor. So this will have to do.
Well, the design is great as usual. It is prety clear what this character is about and what you can expect of him. Looks really menacing, this guy knows his business and has no wrong ideas about himself. I mean, if you put on an armor that looks like that, you know full well that you are a bad guy.

However, I have some concerns:
First, the helmet looks a bit amorphous, and it is difficult to guess which way he is looking. I'm not even sure how many eyes this guy has, because, it kinda looks like he is a cyclops but his eye is not centered.
Second, if this whole thing is supposed to be animated someday, doing this guy is going to be a pain in the ass. You would have to simplify it a little. My advice: lose the chains.
And the third is not about the design but the piece itself, doing a mainly purple character and putting him on a purple background makes it really hard to see him. You are lacking contrast. You did a much better job of putting a dark character on a dark background on your Pessi-Mystic piece. It is moody alright, but she is still easy to see. As a general rule, all "model sheet" pieces have a neutral background, a 50% grey.
Hope this helps, and sorry for sticking my nose.
