Hillo, guys!
This piece was done for FrozenFeather's Vivillon Project . I'm very sorry for this drawing taking so long to be completed
Even if Monsoon Pattern Vivillon is asian-exclusive and not a Polar one, I've imagined it flying through the snowflakes, for some reason. I gave it a small scarf just to make sure it'll not froze at snowy places. I actually wanna nickname this pokemon Snowflake now XD
(I know, I can't draw snowflakes, but I tried 
P.S.: Wynaut, it will be a part of Expression Practice, too.
