Do you like seafood? She likes you...I had a dream where I stepped into a giant clam once, and my foot got eaten.
The idea behind this species, commonly known as the "Seduction Shell", is that an unwarry aquatic critter would be swimming along, and become tatalized by the appearance of this maiden relaxing (or perhaps dancing, moving seductively) within a massive clamshell. The individual, undoubtebly male, would approach, and foolishly allow themselves to become...entangled, which would result in the shell closing around them. Enzymes would be secreted and fill the shell, and the prey would be digested and absorbed through various orifices. Waste and undigestables are disposed of when the shell opens, and the process begins again.

As soon as I saw this, I had the same thought you seem to have had - seductress! I like the pose and the dredlock or tentacle-esque hair. Not to mention this is probably the most unique anthro I've ever come across!
