lol um i used a normal brush and the smudge tool on photoshop,oh and the burn tool,uh thats how i did it XD, did that help ?

This is beautiful! The butterfly is wonderfully done and the cat looks so fluffy! The only thing I can think to tell you is that the 'sun beams' are a little too visible. Some light smudging or blurring would do them good, also lowering the opacity a bit or setting the layer to overlay and duplicating it would make it very nice :3

yay thanks and yeah i definitely agree with you but my computer decided to mess up my layer and flatten my image so i couldent change it :/ but theres always a next time
