Normal evoloons can only have natural colors. Rainbow evoloons can have colorful colors.

The hue of the eyes are differenct the upper one is 256, the one bellow is 220

Oh! I didn't know it was different hues. I thought it couldn't be the same color. Now I want one like that! XD

you can use the same hue and play around with it. xD I guess it depends on the screen but for mine the darker shades of this hue look more blue while the lighter ones look pretty pastel purple / lilac like.
