I reread'ed the Ships of Starfleet book they basically used Phase 2 design for the Constitution II design
with the design your using for Connie II as the Endeavor Class

but Tikopai in the book was basically the Phase 2 ship with Constitution Refit Nacelles
What Jaynz used was basically the Phase 2 ship and not the tikopai as depicted in the Ships of Starfleet book
