The blue swirls weren't there before, right? Or the lights? I think...
I love how it looks like she's causing the swirls with the flower's stem, it's a very neat effect. Also the lights coming from the flower give it importance, and a kind of brightness that adds to what it already had in the image.
Like the person above stated, the darker background looks good! It really sets off the rest of the image very well.

I think the 2nd version is better than the first, this darker background is more effective than the previous, the orange lights are a nice touch too. All in all, well done!
