Absolutely not. I don't live for my religion. If I lived for my religion, I would have no reason to argue for what I believe in. Religion kills, binds, destroys, discriminates... Jesus, however, is the opposite of all of those. He raises the dead, He releases, He creates and loves EVERYONE. Religion... I hate it just as much as you do. I live for something much more real. Much more important. I respect what you think, I really do, though I disagree with you, I still respect it. I do apologize for a lot of the hate You have heard from Christians, those are the ones who worship their religion and not Jesus himself. You're mixing up "christian" right wing loons with real Christianity that follows Jesus. No one person is any worse than the next. The Bible states we're ALL sinners and have fallen short. The difference is, some believe in the saving grace that is Jesus Christ. And whatever "christian" told you that you don't deserve rights (probably some crazy republican). I'll be straightforward with you though, I do believe what the Bible teaches about Homosexuality, and I'm not just pulling from the Old Testament. There are quite a few New Testament passages that condone it. I'm gonna close the comments on this picture because most of these people commenting have no idea what they believe. I hope you'll look into what I have to say. I'm glad we were able to chat back and forth!
