For all how feeble and superficial the one RR episode that had FoxGlove in it, the character has taken off like wildfire. It must be her looks.

Glad you approve I think they were worried. Seriously though, thanks for the comment. I'm kinda surprised I actually expected more comments than this. But whatever its all good.

You'd probably get more attention on FA. lol
I still like this pairing... but you know me. I love all the odd ones... I still think I came up with myself before the Acorn Cafe threw me out for them. Haha, j/k.
Chip x Midge is awesome, and I gotta say that my absolutely favorite is still the idea of Foxglove x Zipper making it work.
But Foxglove and Tammy... that IS a nice one. And I think you're the first to pursue it with this pic. Haha.

I don't think FA is for me they seem to draw too much negative attention.
I'm with you to some degree. I love oddities. So are you still on the Cafe or is that the J/K part?
Yea Chip+Midge I think is my favorite Chip pairing. Although really I roll with any Chip pairing just fine. My hardcore support is Foxglove+Dale.
Thanks for the comments. I don't know if I'm the first but it definitely is unexplored territory.

Honestly, I stick to canon and really, whereas Tammy was outright spurned because Chip loved Gadget--and vice versa--Foxglove's affection for Dale was actually sort of reciprocated, but writers decided to only use her in one episode when she could've been a valuable asset to the team and would've ended the whole triangle the early seasons had with Chip and Dale fueding over Gadget.

I had to look up "canon" before responding but standard relations are still my usual. It was just fun to try something different. As far as Chip and Gadget are concerned though, I'm not convinced that Gadget returned Chip's affections. She may have but I don't think so. And while I agree that Foxglove would have made a great addition to the team and the show dynamic I feel I should defend the writer's. She didn't appear until the final season. It's hard to add a character when your show is ended.

You need to watch certain episodes again. Once Foxglove was introduced--granted it was for one episode--that allowed for Chip to have Gadget for himself, since prior to Foxglove's introduction, both Dale and Chip were vying for Gadget's affections. The one thing pushing things towards the Chip/Gadget pairing beyond Foxglove's appearance would be the irrefutable fact that in shows for children, the team leader almost always gets with the female lead.

I think I know the show well enough. Yes there were scenes that hinted strongly to C+G but there were similar scenes involving Dale. I don't think romance was something that typically entered her mind. Her mind was too mechanical. As far as the team leader gets the girl thing. I stand against clichΓ© and its not a guarantee. You yourself even said "almost always". Using the rangers as an example, no one got paired with Gadget. If the show did go on though and they did pair her off I personally would prefer that neither Chip or Dale be paired with her I just don't think they ever had interest past looks. That's why I like Fan based pairings for her.

There was a reason for Foxglove to appear. She was to be Dale's main squeeze to separate goofball Dale from his sensible partner. Chip--on the other hand--kept his feelings for Gadget and she did accept those feelings in some episodes.

I don't remember mentioning Foxglove although I do support the D+F pairing. Although I'm getting the impression your are Chip fan. Do you think your pairing for him might be a little bias?

It might be, but then, as said, the hero generally gets the lead girl, no matter how cliche, whereas the goofball gets someone who is a side addition to the team or someone who is his polar opposite. Or in the case of girls being the star, they get the male lead after trials keep them from acheiving their goals.
