ok this isn't my best picture. i have a few like this. i havn't really been in the mood to take anything and there really hasn't been anything i wanted to take a picture of.(c)beLIEveyourheart

Despite what you say in your comments, this really is a better photo than you think.
I do have a couple suggestions though. Personally, I would crop the bottom so that the strip of black takes up about a forth of the photo, versus a third of the photo as it is now. Right now, the eye is overpowered by the over-abundance of black and this becomes the focus of the photo, and not the sky, which (I'm assuming) is intended. Reducing the amount of black forces the eye upward to the sky. I would also crop to right side, as to get rid of the black square in the corner, as it is distracting.
