Description 5-7-2011

My husband and I emerged from our house to go shopping and walked by that extra photogenic temple near our house. I always forget its name/how to read its name and will edit this as soon as I walk by the new bilingual Japanese/Engrish map in front of the station.

This temple is the most Japanese-y temple in Iida in my opinion. It's so quiet, tranquil and at 5pm every day they ring the temple bell, which can be heard from my house. And since this temple isn't famous at all, it's easy to take photos of it. I wonder why that woman is kneeling down in the distance, but I thank her for adding some life to this normally quiet place.

It's prettyt quaint and peaceful. It seems like a nice place to just sit and maybe do some work quietly.
