Now part of Chapter 14 of I Love Being A Rainboom.(Durring a battle with both Purple Dragons, a Kraang portal opens behind 2012 Hun)
2012 Hun: What's this? (Get's nailed by a mace, knocking him back)
???: Well well well. Hun, been awhile!
2012 Hun: You!
Slash: Me!
Raph and Fluttershy: Slash!
Raphael: What dah shell?!
2003 Hun: Another big ugly turtle!
Slash: That's right! And this big ugly turtle brought friends! Mutanimala, ho!
(The Mutanimals charge out of the portal)
Mondo Gecko: Cowabunga!
(Leatherhead attacks 2003 Hun)
2003 Hun: Aw, crud! Not again!
(Pete Jumps out of portal)
Dragon Face: Is that a pidgeon? He looks like a real bird brain!
Female 2012 dragon: Oh no! You shouldn't have said that! (Runs away)
Dragon Face: Why?
(Pete goes from confused to packing heat and starts blasting)
Dragon Face: (dodging the shots) Gang way! (Runs too)
Bandit: Slam dunk! (Slams on a random purple dragon.)
Michelangelo: A crazy pigeon and a butt Kicking raccoon? I love these guys already!
(Rockwell levates a few Purple Dragons, making them fly around in a circle, before hiting them with a psychic blast. Then three more members charge him from behind)
Purple Dragon: Get the ape!
Rockwell: How about you get yourselves! (Mind controls them and makes them attack each other)
Donatello: Who's that monkey? And how is doing all that?!
(Mona Lisa Jumps out and knocks out two random purple dragons)
Raphael: Whoa! What a woman!
Raph: She’s mine!
(Mondo hits a dragon from behind with his skateboard)
Mondo Gecko: Take that, yah Purple Dragon sussbag! (Get's punched into a wall by Sid, as he, Tsoi, and Fong approach him with some 2003 dragons)
Fong: (chuckles) You are so weaksuace!
???: I ain't!
Sid: Not her again!
Purple Dragon: Who?
(They hear a roar and then a lioness leaps out of the portal and takes down all the dragon members)
Jones: Whoa! Who's dah lion?
Leo: No, idea?
Tsoi: Let's bail! (He, Fong, and Sid run for it)
Sally Pride: You okay, Mondo?
Mondo Gecko: Righteous rescue, Sally!
(Sid, Fong, and Tsoi run into an alley)
???: Hi, boys.
(They wip around to see the CMC standing behind them)
Sweetie Belle: Going somewhere?
Fong: Beat it, yah little squirts!
Scootaloo: How 'bout we beat you instead?!
Sid: Aww, ain't that cute! (pounds his fist) This won't take long!
Tsoi: Yeah!
Fong: You little brats are gonna be very sorry!
(They close in on them)
(After the ninjas and Mutanimals defeat all the dragons, the 2012 ones are knocked through the portal, back to their dimension, and the 2003 retreat)
Bandit: That'll teach 'em to mess with the Mutanimals.
Mikey and Pinkie Pie: Leatherhead! (They run up and hug the gator)
Leatherhead: (chuckles) My friends, it is good to see you.
Raph: (hugs Mona Lisa) Am I ever glad to see you, Mona.
Mona Lisa: As am I to you, Raphael. Rakka rakka!
Raphael: Ok, now dat yahr all acquainted, how 'bout givin' us some answers! Who dah shell are dees guys?!
Bandit: Well who are you, hothead?
Slash: Did I get hit by Hun too hard, or am I seeing double turtles again?
Leo: Mutanimals, these are our counterparts from this dimension.
Sunset: Turtles, these are our friends back home, the Mighty Mutanimals.
Slash: Name's Slash, the leader. This here’s my second in command, Leatherhead.
Leatherhead: A pleasure to meet you all.
Michelangelo: He seems as nice as our Leatherhead.
Mikey: Hope we meet him
Slash: Our scientist, Dr Rockwell, and member, Mondo Gecko.
O'neil: Aren't you cute.
Mondo Gecko: Thanks. (Globbs out his toung)
O'neil: Aah!
April: I had the same reaction.
(Donatello stares at Rockwell)
Rockwell: And to what, dear boy, are you staring at?!
Donatello: Uh sorry? I’m just curious about how you do that?
Rockwell: Well, you see, I was once a brilliant scientist. Until my treacherous assistance used a combination of mutagen and monkey dna to turn me into what you see before you.
Donatello: You mean you were mutated by the ooze?
Rockwell: Mutagen! The correct and proper term is Mutagen!
Donnie: That's what said to him.
Rockwell: As I was saying, afterwards, I was captured and experimented on by the Kraang. They gave me psychic powers with this helmet, while accidentally unlocking my vast intellect.
Donatello: Granting you ESP? Cool.
Bandit: I'm Bandit Raccoon. Don't judge me by that. Especially you! (Points at Raphael)
Raph: So, who's she?
Slash: Meet our newest recruit: Sally Pride!
Sally Pride: What up, fellow muties!
Mikey: Hey, where'd Sid, Fong, and Tsoi go?
Pinkie Pie: I think I saw them run into the alley where we told the CMC to take cover.
Everyone: What?!
Applejack and Rarity: Oh no!
Leo: Come on!
(Everyone charges into the alley)
Leonardo: Alright! You let those little girls... go?
(Sid, Fong, and Tsoi are on the ground, with their hands tied up, and Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo are sitting on them)
Apple Bloom: Howdy, y'all.
Sweetie Belle: What took you so long?
Scootaloo: Missed a few dragons?
Donnie: I'll admit, I did not see that coming.
(The Caseys, Raphs, Mikeys, Rainbow Dash, Keno, and a few of the Mutanimals laugh)
Raph: This has got be a whole new level of embarrassing for guys!
Fong: Ah, shut up!

Here's an idea for the Stockmans plan. They have the 2012 Purple Dragons lure the Turtles and Rainbooms to Shredder's old ship where they plan to mutate them into mindless servants. When they arrive, Stockman and Hun explain that they got here by some rouge Kraang portals (created by Subprime and Biloxi in an attempt to find the Turtles and Rainbooms.) The Stockmans then sick their robots on the Turtles and Rainbooms.
But their plan is ruined when the 2003 Purple Dragons show up.
(Suddenly the doors are blown up and when the smoke clears, there stands Hun and the Purple Dragons, armed with guns)
Raphael: Hun!
2012 Hun: Hun?!
Baxter: Hun?! What are you and your flunkies doing here?
2003 Hun: We heard the Turtles were in town and decided to drop by for a little pay back. Take'm out!
Then a massive fight breaks out between the ninjas, Stockmanbots, and the two Purple Dragons, with both Huns going at each other.
During the scuffle, the canister of mutagen the Stockmans were using goes flying... straight at Twilight.
Dog Spike: Twilight! (Runs at her)
Spike: Spike! Don't be a hero!
(In slow motion, Dog Spike leaps up and pushes Twilight out of the way and he get's hit with the mutagen instead. Then the whole fight stops and everyone looks in shock.)
Twilight Sparkle: Spike, NOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Princess Twilight: Oh no! Not again!
Donatello: What the shell just happened.
Michealanglo: (Spike begins to mutate) Uh, I'm gonna say that things just went from bad, to really really bad!
Mikey: It's the return of Wolfanizer!
Mutant Spike then plows through the Stockmanbots and the two Purple Dragons. Then he attacks the two Huns. They try to subdue him but he overpowers and throws them both out of the ship, sending them screaming into the ocean.
Fong: Let's get outta here!
Dragon Face: Abandon ship!
(All the Purple Dragons jump into the ocean)
Then Spike goes after the Stockmans.
Baxter: Uh, nice doggie. Stay, stay! (Spike tackles him and starts ripping his robot body apart) Time to eject! (Launches a glass obrb out and Rarity catches it then sees that Baxter is a brain)
Rarity: (shrieks in terror and throws the orb away)
Mikey: Holly Chalupa!
Stockman: Your a brain?
Baxter: And you think you've got it rough. But perhaps we should make a hasty retreat?
Stockman: You don't have to tell me twice! (Grabs him and rockets out of there)
The Turtles try to subdue Spike, but he overpowers them as well. When Twilight tries to reach out to him, he gains enough humanity to run.
Twilight brakes down into tears and Leonardo promises her that they will cure him.
(The Huns climb out of the water, 2012 Hun pinns Hun against a wall)
2012 Hun: You ruined everything!
2003 Hun: And just who are you supposed to be?
2012 Hun: I'm you, from another dimension!
2003 Hun: You're me?! I'm a big ugly turtle?
2012 Hun: You can thank my Turtles for this! And they would have been destroyed if you and your Purple Dragons hadn't showed up!
(All the Purple Dragons come out of the water)
2003 Hun: I suppose since Stockman was there, he planned that all out? Look, I say I did you a favor! Baxter Stockman is an incompetent loser! The Turtles would have foiled his plan anyway!
2012 Hun: And how would you know this?!
2003 Hun: Because we both used to work for our Shredder, and every plan he ever thought of always ended in failure. If you want those Turtles terminated, then I know someone better for you to partner with.
2012 Hun: And just might that be?
2003 Hun: Me! Word on the street is you demolished the Turtles of this world. And would have finished them had it not been for your Turtles. They caused trouble for me and my gang as well. If we work together, we can crush both our Turtles and their magical girlfriends!
2012 Hun: Hmm? What's in it for you?
2003 Hun: I want that dog! He could come in very handy! So what do you say, partners?
2012 Hun: (lets him up) Partners!
(Both shake hands and laugh out loud)
The next chapter could be about them curing Spike, while also keeping him away from the Purple Dragons.
They could bring in 2003 Leatherhead and Fugitoid for help. Donnie and Donatello can argue about whether to call the cure Retro Mutagen or Anti Ooze.
And during the scuffle Twilight and April manage to reach out to Spike and he knocks down the Huns long enough for Donnie to cure him.
And when they are about to face the angry Huns, the Mutanimals can show up.
But of course, let's not rush it. You wouldn't like that. Don't mean to bug you, just thought I could help make some cool chapters.
