nice drawing. I have been reading a novel about commissar Caphais Cain, from the 597th Valhallan company, if I am correct.... like their style, especially the ice fighting, because I am highly resistant to cold weather. The two favorite Imp. legions are Death Korps of Krieg and Valhallan ice warriors. My own Imp. army is a mix between several legions... at the moment cadian, death korps, steel legion and vostroyan.
btw That style looks like something from a quentin tarantino movie.

Missed this somehow, but man, are you getting fucking good at dynamics and rendering! This is pure eye candy and I like the weathered textures you gave to this piece.
Valhalla's an interesting regiment, and your take certainly does them justice.

After watching it quite some time, the mouth of the frontmen is somehow .. i dunno the english term, but it looks simply wrong. In a physical kind.
And for the post above, former russian army had those small hats, so called 'ships' - because of their shape, they looked like upside-down ships.. more or less (I'm used to wear kindof in german air force). But they used to wear them on exercise, like marching, presentations and such. Not at war/fight.
It catched the valhalla-theme quite good, but I have to admit, that the valhallan army has nothing to do with the former russian/communism army known as the red army. In fact, they act completely different, so I'm with you for stop making equals between them.
(Anyone who wants to know why they're different may note me, I'm not going to fill this place here more than i've already done with this out-of-theme)
Beside that, quite good work. How did you made that background, yb the way? I saw it on many pictures done by you, so I'm interested.
Over and off

whoa... that is some heavy load of stuff coming from you
some good point, some out of topic as per usual, knowing from you, heh.
ok, anyone reading his comment, have anything to discuss please note him not me, alright?
as for the background, it's just a matter of photoshopping a texture into the art.

Pretty good piece there man, I like your Tanith stuff better, but this is allright, The entire colour scheme is quite cool, but it looks like it all belongs as part of a much larger picture, and knowing you, thats what it might become, fine effort there sir,

Ah Blood n Thunda, a great graphic novel, even Skyva's bumbling couldn't take away from the great final battle on that imperial hive at the end. Only with such fanatic insane, desperate will to oppose can the IG even hope to take it to orks in cc, and this is a great example of that. Nothing better than 2 opponents evenly matched in terms of ability, tenacity, passion and defiance of each other. Great pic

A wonderful bloody and violent piece as per usual, though I must ask about the guy in the foreground's cap. It looks way too small, and comes off as kind of silly.

What a bunch of shit, people shouldn't be bothering you on such trival bs. Oh well, life is life.
ANYWAYS! This is quite an inspirational piece, I've always loved the Valhallan Regiments as I am a Russiafag, that and the shit they go through in the Cain stories just shows how much these men and women can do with just a lasgun and a great coat. I salute you Valhallans, you live to the name as unsung hero's who fight and die for the coming of the End.

It's a nice piece. Valhallans are a cool army, the story of their world and the wars fought over it are interesting.
A couple anatomical and perspective issues, but great composition.
Lots of blood and gore in this one, how long ago did you draw it?
And you seem very upset about comments. The lack of sense that can occur on the internet can be quite upsetting.

Waste is a terrible thing. But the Internet produces a lot of it. n the internet people get so impersonal, they just leave a blurt of crap and go. If they were there looking at the pic in real life, with you there, it would be different. They'd probably look at it longer and pay more attention.

heh, nicely put. if a viewer is there with the artist irl, he would have immense pressure to say something nice too, just to keep himself out of trouble and thus, did not comment fairly on said art.
