Description
I've been meaning to do some larger traditional media pieces lately and I finally completed one. This is intended to be the first of a series in similar theme and style. I wanted a sort of story book feel, and I think I mostly accomplished that.There are a few things I'm not that pleased about, but all in all it was a positive learning experience. I'd love any feedback.

I really like the detail on the bottom of the dress. The bird in the top corner is a nice touch.

I think you're right. I think it's also how I shaded it, and the lines should have been a little different.

Well there needs to be more people out there who give real feedback. That's how we figure out where we need to improve.

I absolutely love the patterns on her dress, so very detailed, it must be tiny IRL?I think you did a good job on the framework and perpective on the floor also. Sorry I don't really have anything constructive to say, but take that as a good thing XD

Yeah, I suppose they are pretty tiny. The whole thing is a little bigger than a regular sheet of paper.

Thank you. Photoshop is one of my other loves, but watercolor came before it, even though I was really terrible at it for years. Sometimes it is very satisfying to have a physical piece of art and not just a bunch of pixels.
