Description If you remember Cecilia you know her hair is just like cotton candy!   Who could be better to draw for Fair Foods day than someone like her?   


Cecilia is looking super-stylish at the fair with a whole ensemble inspired by treats you can get there! Corn dogs, funnel cake, snow cones, ice cream and candy apples all were the inspirations behind this cute outfit of hers.   Drawing this made me nostalgic for when I used to go to the fair as a kid and marvel at all the delicious goodies!
