Today's the birthday of Kirara from Pop'n Music so I drew her once more to celebrate with a sweet and bubbly background behind her and lots of twinkles in her hair and on her tail!
Being a sweet and pastel mermaid, Kirara naturally is a fan-favorite of many. Being in charge of the immensely-popular "Mermaid Girl" by Cream Puff as of Pop'n Music 20 boosted her popularity, as prior to then, she had numerous other songs which both ended up being deleted far too soon! ;w; Giving her a well-known song was a good choice, to be honest.
I'm really proud of how this background ended up, especially. I quite like the circles and effects.
