There is no question that it's a very well drawn picture, but I agree with TaintedTamer that it is bizarre.
I see the name Water Fairies, and it didn't make me think of a some kind of beetle person 'fairy' to be fighting what I really see as a fairy, on an insect like winged horse.
Nice reflections by the way.
