This is such an awesome picture.
I like all of the meaning and questions behind this, like who were they praying for? Was it their relative? Friend? Spouse?
Even though the deceased is gone, their memory lives on and is preserved in others' memories. And like this rosary, the memories might be old and a bit distorted but the love and caring is still there and lasts no matter what.
Sorry for the analysis, I couldn't help myself(I tend to analyze a lot of things I see/read).
Anyways, this is so cool! the angle on the picture and the crazy chance that you come across this is just so amazing

Most of the cemetaries I've been to in the US were always kept fairly clean and uncluttered, but these cemetaries in Ireland always have tons of stuff out on the graves. What's cool is the reeeeaaaallly old ones with the ancient crosses and stuff.
