Just a few of the many photos I took of the local Veteran's Day Fireworks. I decided to upload my favorite shots in collage-style, so as not to bore & annoy you with multiple firework photos in your devwatch. I didn't get any shots of the finale, as I wasn't expecting it and had my camera zoomed out; it was just a huge, gorgeous 5 second flash, and then it was over. But I got a lot of other awesome shots.

For the past 4 years, on the Saturday before the 11th of November, a local family has hosted this event (including paying for the fireworks), in their yard and garage, in honor of some of their relatives who have passed away and were veterans. It's free of charge (by donation, which goes to the Lutheran church & fire hall) and there's food, drinks, a raffle, and a silent auction, and lots of people you know and can visit & chat with. It's very nice. Then at dusk, the most awesome fireworks you will ever see around this area. Better than the town's 4th of July fireworks! They're even nice if it's raining, like it was last year. Can be very cold though!
