Oh and I hate to bother you with another question but...
do you get the eye separate from the head or do they come in it, and are the eyes movable as well?

Well, some heads will come with eyes and some won't, but they're always a separate component, at any rate. They're movable (as long as they fit right!) and can be used to create a lot of different expressions. X3

The tops of their heads come off. Usually people hold the eyes in place with sticky-tac (that putty stuff used to put posters up) or a kind of putty. At least one company will hot-glue them in place... which is kind of horrible for people who want to take them out. XD;;;
