Description A retro mecha... based loosely on warbirds from WW2... a warhawk front, Mustang cockpit and quad 50.cals from a Thunderbolt, and rockets...was fun to draw something with rivets again. will work on a Axis retro mech based on a Stuka...Correction... after attempting the Stuka and failing i went with the good old Me109...

Nice touch on the Yeager name tag - He was a hell of a pilot and was a double ace, and defeated a ME-209 with his P-51 [link] great work.

Me262 u mean? and yeah i read his Biography... got shot down twice, and twice escaped with help from the french underground... but he admits nailing the jet fighter while it was trying to land...

It Warthog/thunderbolt cockpit alright

Jepray In reply to El-Bronco [2010-07-08 15:59:40 +0000 UTC]

Actually the cockpit would be off a P51 mustang, it just happens the A10 has the same type of cockpit windshield shape, and the four fifty cals are off the wings of a P-47 thunderbolt, well at least the fact that there are four... I should have staggered them more... o well...
