I like the fact that the grass reflects in the bug's body, and it looks like the refection is a "forest" of its own. The wings, because they're linked to the grass, could also be some sort of blooming flowers. I find that interesting, like, the whole bug is mixed up with the grass that surrounds it.Β
What intrigues me more is the little red thing lying at the bottom. The face seems to be looking at it, but I can't really figure out what it is. Perhaps a seed, or roots? The expression on the face is quite puzzling too. It looks greedy.

Thank you for your wonderful reflections on this image! Knowing a little about Jeremiah's personality- He is the lowly, human bug, entwined in a physical nature that he doesn't understand, much less like and by accident has discovered something interesting or silly. Either that or he has just managed to step in it! Jeremiah was definitely not a trusting soul and was very skeptical of the world around him!
