Great tones and composition; I for one dig the angle. It's a change from the norm, and I think it's always good to view everything from a different perspective now and again.

Diaganol really works here, brings out the lines. Good postprocessing too!

Actually, I really enjoy diagonal shots! They kind of add an almost surreal twist to photography, when executed properly. Needless to say, this is a perfect example. I feel like I'm walking through a particularly confusing, yet delightfully intriguing dream that leads somewhere along the twisted borders of Wonderland.
There's an excellent use of colour here; the dark, sea-green hues of the sky and the rich golden grass all add really incredible depth to the image, exaggerating both highlights and shadows. And I see what you mean, with the lines and colours. The stripe of trees declaring itself boldly across the middle definitely adds to the effect, as well as the subtle splotches of reds and greens in the grass.
Nyah. xD This is, in all honesty, a beautiful piece of art as a whole, and I feel pretty lame breaking it down into components; though, some could argue, it's the nitty gritty details that make or break a masterpiece. You made a brilliant one!
