Description
Marvel Animation Character Design, HULK AND THE AGENTS OF S.M.A.S.H., Moon-Boy, Nova. Adobe Photoshop, WACOM Cintiq.In the Second Season episode entitled, "Days of Future Smash: The Dino Era (Part 1)," Moon-Boy makes a guest appearance. I was assigned to also design his mother, directed to give her a typical cavewoman appearance, discarding any restrictive logic. As a tribute to the classic 1968 sci-fi film PLANET OF THE APES, I decided to name her "Nova," if only for my own records.
As usual, these are my own color selections, and they do not reflect those used in the final version appearing on screen.

Well, I don't think he would have been adopted, since cave-people notoriously hated all that fussy paperwork (or stone tablet chiseling, as the case may be).
