We had an amazing thunderstorm on June 9 and I couldn't resist trying to get this kind of shot. It was late, dark, and I had no idea how to get the screen out of the window. And for safety reasons I couldn't go onto my roof deck, so the screen is there. But I kinda like it.This was about the 20th picture. It is a 15 second exposure, the longest my camera has. I was very lucky to get this shot.

Thanks! And trust me, I know... I've been trying to get that shot for months but we usually don't get that kind of lightning near me except for in the summer. We get heat lightning which just makes the picture light up like it's day time.
