Adding the snow in front of the board was a nice touch. Makes it appear a bit more 3-d to fit in with the rest of the picture. Very nice retouch, and I think this looks really great now

this is super rad, i love snowboarding. id have to say the board is kinda narrow and duznt get thick at the ends, but its a very awezum pik dunt get me wrong! the lighting and the pose is great. ^_^

The character is SO well done, and I have to give you major kudo's on the folds in the clothing. You make the clothing really have a 3D sense to it by giving it the right amount of mass and the folds all give it a very realistic feel. The colors are also excellent with a great job on the shading. Her face is very expressive and while it's Anthro, still gives a realistic feel.
The snowboard is, as someone else mentioned, a little on the thin size. Also, I can't tell if the character is just holding the snowboard, or if she's wearing it on her feet... but if she's wearing it on her feet, then it looks like the board is not going in the right direction. It doesn't have the same 'realistic' feel the rest of the piece has. I'd maybe suggest getting rid of the bottom of the board's black line and instead showing some snow up around the bottom edge to suggest it's part of the environment.
Other than that minor criticism, I think this is an outstanding piece.
