This is the Dire Dire Docks stage from Super Mario 64 (c) Nintendo, with some fishes (and a Magikarp from Nintendo too)And she´s JesusMantina, as giant marine berseker girl
She´s helping JesusLeaf, in order to get the Star from this stage
JesusLeaf is an ultimate sniper, but he can´t swim
So JesusMantina helps him too swim a little, however, her tiny friend must cross some aqua rings before and reaches to the Bowser´s Submarine
It will not be an easy trial
