I have been playing with prismacolor markers lately and I had the lines by s2k over at gaia and decided to color them. I have also been looking for good marker paper and so I used semi glossy photo paper and loved it! So smooth and look ma no bleeding! ^_^ I found that if I used the clear blender before putting down a large area of color it went down smooth. Feel free to comment especially if you have marker tips, I am such a newbie using them

You might try keeping an eye on eBay auctions, I see prismacolor markers on sale all the time -or at least I did when I was looking

With eBay, since they are an auction type service it is hard to say without doing a little research and watching. Just quickly glancing some auctions of starter type kits are like $10 not including shipping but will (likely) go higher. Best bet is to watch a few auctions

Wow, I never thought of coloring like that... it was a great effect, though, and I'd imagine it looks even cooler in real life.
